Notification of Grade Change
Instructions:
Complete the form and post (or scan and email) to wherever you sent your original entry.
It must be received no later than 14 days before the show, but please send as soon as possible.
Notification received later than 14 days before the show will not be actioned, you will not be allowed to run at either grade and there will be no refund.
If sending to a processor please use a separate form for each show

Only wins up to and including 25 days before the start date of a show will count. You need 1 Agility win or 3 Jumping wins.
G1 win only: Your win takes all your dogs out of G1. If you are handling other G1 dogs that are owned by someone else then you can no longer handle those dogs except in a combined class that includes G1 and G2. If your win is with someone else's dog then your win also takes all their dogs out of G1 (if applicable).
G2 win only: Your win takes all your dogs out of G2. If you are handling other G2 dogs that are owned by someone else then you can no longer handle those dogs except in a combined class that includes G2 and G3. If your win is with someone else’s dog then your win also takes all their dogs out of G2 (if applicable).
Points: To move up on points you must enter a show at your new grade before the closing date and get your record book signed at the first show you attend at your new grade. You cannot move up on points after the closing date.
